I got this hairdryer as a christmas present and at first was dubious at what it could do for my long thick hair which is neither straight nor curly, it claimed that due to the silk protein capsules the heat was actually good for your hair! I was used to spending a long time drying and then straightening my hair to tame it so when I used this hairdryer for the first time I was stunned at the results.
The capsules are easy to use and last up to 30 minutes of continuous drying, I usually allow my hair to dry naturally for a bit and so do not use it for 30 minutes at once but have found that if the capsule is put back in its wrapper it is effective for a second use.
The hairdryer comes with 2 nozzles, one for normal and one to hold a capsule, and a pack of 4 capsules. It has 3 heat settings and 2 speeds with a turbo button (although it is advised in instructions not to use this with capsules) With the hairdryer selling at about £35 and a pack of six capsules about £5 it is pretty good value for money, the capsules last a long time as they do not need to be used every time you dry your hair, although the results are most obvious directly after use the shine and softness last.
The best thing about this hairdryer, for me, is that after using it I do not need to straighten my hair. It leaves my hair so soft and shiny that aside from a few stray curls at the front I am good to go, this has greatly reduced the time i take to do my hair. The reduced need for straightening makes up for the fact that the flow of air is slower than other hairdryers i've used, slightly increasing drying time.
The only flaw in my eyes is that there is not a cool shot button which I have had on previous hairdryers. I used to use this to finish my hair giving it a bit of shine and keeping in from frizzing, although I don't know how necessary this is on a hairdryer that already gives such great results
Overall this hairdryer has reduced the time it takes me to do my hair and given me shiny bouncy hair with less split ends. I would recommend it to anyone!
