(+) An indulgent product, smells nice, creates bubbles, relaxes and is economical and a good price. (-) Contains too many ingredients, not many natural ones.
Advantages: Lot's of lovely bubbles Disadvantages: scent is not long lasting
...I must admit the original imperial leather is one of my favorites but I saw this new one in Wilkinson's and decided to give it a go.

I am a big fan of bubble baths and like to try all different ones; our bathroom is full of all different bottles that I have picked up here and there. As I have stated in nearly every review I have written I very rarely get the bathroom to myself so on the rare occasion I do I love to relax in lots of bubbles that smell nice. I must admit the original imperial leather is one of my favorites but I saw this new one in Wilkinson's and decided to give it a go.

This perfume was named " Eau de cologne imperiale russe". The count presented this scent to Catherine the great and it became an instant success. In the 1900's Cussons bought Bayleys and chose this particular scent to use in their new soap, which was originally called " Imperiale Russian Leather" Imperial Leather became hugely successful and was known just by the shape, the badge on every bar and fragrance.

PACKAGING -------------------
The bottle is the usual imperial leather shape a sort of cut off S, the lid is cream in colour and twists off this can be a bit stiff when you first use it and can get a messy after using (or that could just be me!). The bottle is actually clear but looks cream coloured because of the colour of the bath foam. The labeling is nice and tasteful and states that it is Japanese spa limited edition bath moments that is lightly moisturising. On the back it also states that it is a 500ml size, dermatologically tested, skin friendly PH & 100% soap free.
USING --------------
When you first open the bottle and take a sniff it doesn't smell anything like the usual imperial leather personally I can really smell the jasmine and I think green tea I must admit it is a very unusual scent and very hard to explain. The actual bath cream is nice and creamy and pours well into the bath none of that lumpy stuff that you sometimes get. The bubbles are instant and are lovely and creamy and the best bit is they last for ages, I have found some bubble baths have sort of plastic bubbles that disappear really quickly but this one has staying power and they still seem to be there when I pull the plug.
The actual scent isn't very strong you do smell the scent when you first pour into the bath and the bathroom smells lovely (that is a miracle in my house!) even my other half has commented and can't really put his finger on the fragrance. But the scent doesn't stay strong and definatly doesn't outlast the bubbles. I must admit I do use a bodywash so when I get out I can only smell that on me and to be honest because this scent is a bit unusal I am not sure if I would like it any stronger.
It hasn't made my skin react which I find can sometimes happen with these products and I must admit my skin does feel softer when I dry myself.
This product has the usual long list of ingredients including green tea, rice milk & jasmine. The rest of the ingredients have the usual list of long named suspects which could be a review in itself but for me I have noticed there is not any lanolin which I can react to.

Like I said I got this product in Wilkinson's and it was on special offer 2 for £2.50, I have seen a couple of the range in Boots for £1.69 per bottle so I got a bit of a bargain.
Would I buy this again? I would try some of the others in the range as I really like the fact the bubbles are so long lasting but I don't think I would buy this particular one again as I would like a longer lasting scent. Mind you the amount of times I get to relax and enjoy a long soak in the bath are so few and far between these 2 bottles will last a couple of years!!

...bubbles, and when I saw Imperial Leather Japanese Spa Bath on offer for £1 for a 500ml bottle a few months ago in Asda, I thought I'd give it a go. This particular Imperial Leather bath foam is a limited edition bottle, with green tea, rice milk and jasmine. According to the bottle: The Green Tea is a powerful anti-oxidant. The rice milk is caring and gentle. And the Jasmine is relaxing and soothing. The bath foam is made by Cussons, and has a skin ... ...bottle is in the typical Imperial Leather shape (a curved pattern), with a cream coloured lid, which to me seems very child proof as although it just pulls off kind of needs to be twisted as you pull and needs a little bit of force, which is great as it means the kids don't mess with it when they're in the bath and waste all your nice bath stuff! It also means no spills! The bottle is transparent and so you can see the cream coloured liquid inside. ...

I bought Imperial leather Japanese spa bubble bath about a week ago now and I have used it 3 times so far as I don't always get the time to have a nice relaxing bath. The bubble bath is limited edition which I think made me want to buy it as I know that Imperial leather products are good so I thought I better try it whilst I can. **What Imperial leather say about their product** On the back of the bottle it says "Transform daily cleansing into an ... ...is relaxing and soothing. Imperial leather also says that the bubble bath is mild enough for the whole family which means that the product is suitable for all skin types; I think this is good as it targets a larger market. Review of Imperial Leather Japanese Spa Bath Moments
...my favourites though is the imperial leather range so when i noticed this new limited edition one in superdrug , i thought i,d give it a try.
The new one is called japanese spa, it says its got green tea, rice milk and jasmine in.
The bottle is see through with a cream lid, which you have to twist off , it can be stiff the first couple of times ,and you can see the cream coloured bubble bath inside.
The one thing i wasn,t sure if i,d like in it ... ...bath and not a tea lol , but i hate tea even the smell of it .
I bought it in superdug it was on a special price of 1.00 for a 500ml bottle, normal price vary's between 1.60 to 2.00 a bottle depending on where you buy it from .
It is dermatologically tested , is skin friendly ph and is 100% soap free.

It has green tea, rice milk and jasmine in , but the main thing i can smell is jasmine which is a really nice smell.

This is the best bubble bath I have tried in a long time! It has a gorgeous girly scent which is perfumy but not overpowering.I first spotted the shower gel in this scent in Asda for £1.99 and bought it because it was new. I love anything that smells nice that I can use in my bath. I thought it smelt absolutely gorgeous and even bought some for my mother to try. As she liked it too, she bought us both a bottle of the bath moments when she saw it ... ...a generous size bottle -500ml-and, the price can vary depending on where you buy it. I usually get my bath products from places such as wilkinson or bodycare. Superdrug usually have good offers too. I put a small amount in my bath and couldn't move for bubbles, it has a luxurious feel and makes you feel pampered.
