Advantages: Entertaining, intriguing story, warm & funny in places. Disadvantages: Some Harris fans may feel that Imperium is not as fast paced as Fatherland or Archangel.
If you are new to Harris or an exisitng fan I don't believe that you will be disappointed by Imperium.
I rated this book 4 out of 5 which maybe mean but I did enjoy Fatherland & Archangel more.

Imperium galactica is a good strategic game that sets its eyes on the future, allthough i had some problems with it when installing it, sometimes it would only run for several minuts and then close itself, i also found problems with the soundcard but managed to over come that. one big disadvantage of this game is that there is a need to switch cd's in order to play the game, which can get preety annoiying, the game also offers some cheats which can be found on the internet, this i think personnally ruind the game as it destroyed the fun of it . appart from that unless you can resist yourself from cheating the game has alot of pottential.the game covers evreything neccesary for a good strategic game. it also explores 1oods of different planets beyond our solar system and evn our glaxy. alliances can be formed with different creatures ...

I have to be honest - I picked this game up in a bargin bucket and for the first two weeks of owning it couldn't stop playing it! (I've only stopped now because my wife threatened to leave if I didn't start talking to her again!)
