Its easy to use, and looks after even your most delicate of china and glassware, as well as your special cutlery. I always love it when everything comes out sparklingly clean as it always does. The dials and programms are easy to understand and use, and the economy wash is probably the one I use most. You can also have a contract on the machine where upon you pay a once yearly price and if it does need any repairs then its all paid for, so peace of mind there for you.
