W e purchased this brand just over a year ago and to our dismay 3 weeks out of the guarantee it broke down. We phoned the engineers to be told it sounded like the pump had gone and it would be 99 pounds. After a bit of internet searching i found a brilliant website called how do i fix and someone had posted instructions on how to strip it. I t turned out to be an tomato pip that was lodged inside of something in the pump of all things.After taking it to bits and half an hours work my husband managed to fix it. All i can say is think very carefully about buying one because they have this fault on them and are really expensive to mend.
How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines
i want to know how this model worked for the full year before it broke down because of a tomato pip.
