Tbis base model washing machine is whats known as cheap and cheerful!
It has a 5.5kg drum which is average and will surfice for a family of 4 or 5 but I know if my mum had a drum this size that she would wash 2 or even 3 times a day! So the bills go up :(
But for me thats the most disappointing thing- its the 1100rpm drum speed, this is simply not very good! I would not recommend a washer under 1400 (this is infact the perfect amount as more has been known to actually damage the clothes)... Now this 110rpm drum isnt going to wash your clothes to a very high standard but I suppose if your paying £165 for it you shouldnt expect too much!
Find it at Dixons for £165: http://www.dixons.co.uk/product.php?sku=135878&camp_id=froogle
So me of the main features are; Energy atings - A Energy A Wash C Spin Wash controls - Variable temperature (but no variable spin) 40 degree wash time - 95 minutes (average time) Dimensions - H:850mm W:595mm D:580mm
it comes with 15 different wash setting but no half load, wool wash, variable spin, or delay timer! These are very useful and I would say you need all four on a modern family washer.
I would recommend paying more and saving the extra cash over time with lower energy bills (A/A/C just isnt good enough with todays technology)
If your looking for something cheap then I still recommend look elsewhere--- paying £200 for a washer, I think, is the bare minimum!

Why do you not recommend it? You have given no solid reasons other than personal opinion, which seems to be nothing less than a 1400 spin speed will do the job so why review an 1100 which surely should be compared to comparable machines in the same price range - not at all helpful!
