Purchased this Washer-Dryer in June this year as it proved best value for money from the retailer. So far have only had one problem with it - after two and a bit months the spin cycle caused a plate in the rear of the machine to bend out of place. Apparently this is the first time the engineer had ever seen this happen so likely we were unlucky. The repair was quick, free of charge and simple.

The economy cycle/fast wash is really fast and can be put on when you get up in the morning and washing ready to hang out before you leave for work. It also gets clothes really clean even though it's a quick wash. The drying cycle is similarly good - thought the machine tends to get extremely hot and as a result a smell of perishing rubber can be left on the clothes if a tumble dryer sheet is not used.

The soap drawer cannot be removed for cleaning though, so when adding powder/fabric softener, steady hands are required!
