I own this washing machine and i have had it for quite a while,in my opinion i think its a bargain and we have only had a few problems with it, as it has gotten older it's deciding not to drain at the end of a wash so we have to now do it manually.
Another problem which is completely my fault is the handle to open it, it has a safety feature which i didnt know about, the washing machine door won't open for about a minite after the wash cycle has finished and i pulled the handle off, i have written this as a warning as it cost us £40 for a new handle.
Also it takes quite a long time but if you want sparkling clothes it shouldnt matter but if your in a hurry theres a quick wash option.
It it very easy to use and there are different wash cycles to select and different temperstures, i would definately reccomend this products - hope this helps your decision.
