the perfect dessert to follow that indian...

Advantages: tastes great, reasonable price in takeaways
Disadvantages: exensive in restuarants, no doubt unhealthy

...of these from my local indian takeaway tonight I have decided to write a short review.

Kulfi is traditional Indian ice cream, which, needless to say was originally eaten in India as apposed to the common ice cream we eat today.

WHAT TYPES ARE THERE?
Kulfi is available both in tubs, and on sticks. At my local indian takeaway the sticks are 75p and the tubs are 99p. Each are available in a variety of flavours, ...
...and throat after a spicy indian meal.

INGREDIENTS
The main ingredients are milk(skimmed), cream, sugar, salt, pistachios, some spices and there are also colours and flavourings in there too.
Needless to say it is unsuitable for anyone with nut allergies, but to my knowledge it is suitable for vegetarians, though if you are a vegetarian you may want to consider checking that one up.

Advantages: delicious,having nice flavour,mouth watering
