Advantages: Sound quality and performance Disadvantages: Higher power rateings are available.
...I had this amplifier in my car powering a set of front component speakers for about 6 months, this was my second amplifier that i had used and i can highly recommend it as a solid and good running piece of equipment.
Infinity are a well respected manufacturer of in car entertainment, if you buy this amp i would suggest running a set of front speakers like i did and i would suggest buying infinity again.
You can get more 'power' for your money by buying other makes but you will miss out on the stability and performance of the better makes such as this model and thats the most important thing when talking about sending power to your speakers.
The amplifier itself is fairly basic and easy to install, it has solid connectors which allow the best connection of wires so again you gain the best possible sound experience....

...A while ago i bought a pair of these Infinity 6*9 speakers as my old pioneers got a little frazzeled. For a set of these i paid £40.00 which i was very happy with and once i had fitted them they looked very nice indeed.
These speakers are 300watt, 4 ohms thumpers with a RMS of 100 watts. The installation is easy and the instructions are easy to follow even for the novice ICE (in car entertainment) installer.

Advantages: Sound Quality Disadvantages: Not very sensitive, crossover difficult to fit
...Firstly these speakers are known by various names, but they are basically the 6 1/2" or 165mm fit component speakers from Infinity.
eg REF605CS or REF6500cs are two other names used.
These are the cheaper component - the Kappa range are more expensive, but look very similar.
Prices are generally between £90 and £120 I paid just under £100 including carriage from an internet reseller.
The speakers came with a large amount of fitting accessories, including grills and tweater flush mount kits, I needed very little of this as I was replacing original fit speakers in a Vauxhall Omega - which were burnt out.
Other things I needed were Vauxhall to 6 1/2" speaker adaptor kits, self adhesive pads, wire and a lot of time.
There are not many instructions as fitting speakers is different in every car, I had to use the Haynes manual...
