Migrating to Windows 8.1

Advantages: Lots of illustrations, clear print/layout, handy shortcuts list
Disadvantages: No index/glossary, probably too basic for some

Advantages: Useful in programming as well as interviewing side
Disadvantages: Too much narrative on some topics

This is a good useful informational book in my opinion. From the point of view of the programmer side it is very much useful in the programming and also interviewing side. Some of the conceptual sides of COBOL programming like reserved words ADD, SUBTRACT ...

Advantages: Extremely through and easy to read
Disadvantages: A lot to take in, but if you use it more as a reference book rather than one to read and learn you should be ok
