The premise of the card is in general good, but from what I have seen on the website of the company, they could do much more to promote the card to users. They've got a list where you can buy top ... ...it.
I think their website (www.ingotz.com) needs to be more of a "community"; they can do with a forum so the customers could talk to each other about places to spend points, so they also give the customers a place to ask questions to be answered by the people who run it; maybe a "live chat" feature if you have problem; and maybe many more games to play to earn points but also games that you need to pay to play, ... more
