Note the Highlighted points above. That will really upset those who spends 399 USD(priced 399$ when my friend boght) just to get the transistors count reduced when compared with lesser priced GTX280.
My opinion
But PhysX performance is better than GTX280, in game physics such as vector objects representation and their movements, lightning effects are very well represented.
In terms of appearance this card gives much a sort of a "Beasty" appearance than 9800 GTX. Its appearance is like its ready to take any game thrown to it, set at thier highest quality. But It really doesnt perform so and it explicitely shows that Appearances are deceiving.

The GeForce 295 GTX is the fastest graphic card to date, it holds 1,792MHz RAM of memory, and the resolution size is 2,560 x 1,600, now that is massive. It's an excellent video card that has Shader Model 3.0, Scalable Link Interface (SLI), PureVideo andHigh Dynamic Range (HDR). It's a low budget card and it will work perfectly on Vista and many games. Inno3DGeForce 7300 GT is one of the faster cards of its class so this mild setback should not deter anyone from getting it. It's already faster than a GeForce 7600 GS so one shouldn't be too greedy. If you're looking for a cheap and worthwhile upgrade, and you already have the motherboard, you should consider buying the 7300GT. Just make sure your getting the GDDR3 256MB version. ...
