Once you buy an Innocent Smoothie, you won't want to try any other brand. They're totally packed with fruit. My favourite is the Natural Detox - with Lemon, Ginger and Honey. Try not to have more than one or two a day tho! There's a friendy little bit of chit chat on the label to give you a boost for the day and they run their head office from Fruity Towers! Just a little word of warning. We all know how healthy it is to eat fruit, but actually it's a little bit unhealthy to drink fruit! In moderation, it's absolutely fine, but if you allow yourself to consume gallons of the stuff, you might find a tendancy to put on weight! After all, how many times did you eat 2 apples, 1/2 mashed banana, 113 blackcurrants, 7 acerola cherries and 2 rosehips in five minutes? Sounds lovely though doesn't it?
