Advantages: Absolutely tiny (memory stick size) full DVB functionallity, desktop and laptop compatibility

cheap and cheerful TV

Advantages: cheap, loads of inputs
Disadvantages: almost obsolete in the UK

Not so good

Advantages: Has tv and radio
Disadvantages: Bad support soes not work on vista

This is a good tv card but not good at recording s video and composite video. The card its self is 1a power compliant has fast channel switching and scanning. Antenna and cables are included but the picture with the antenna is not good. This product needs to be connected to a mains aerial for you to receive analogue or digital tv. The radio is not to bad but crackly. Overall this is not a bad tv card but has various problems. Yes it plays video ...
...I therefore would not reccomend this to vista users. Contacting customer support can be complex. You are initially to email them the problem, they then look into it and getr back to you. If that dont work then you phone customer support and find that they know less than you. Can we call you back later is the order of the day and then they never do. its good but may i share a few vista problems

Advantages: really good quality picture ( after you get it sorted)
Disadvantages: need a little help (read my review) to get the software to pick up

I bought this online and at first it would not work the odd thing about it ( it says no signal) however dont be too dis-spondent it will pick up channels what people who get this will find really weird well i did i connected it up directly to my satelitte dish and it hardly picked up any channels odd??? yes definatly ! so i plugged the direct conection ( the arial lead from my satelite(spare skydish) into a arial booster then connected the arial ...
...Laptop( Vista0 and bingo 34 channel alll in great quality for some reason i found this software needs a little booster its better than pinnacle quality wise ( when you get it sorted) so dont depair try just attching it via a tv booster even though it somtimes says no signal you will pick up channels ( look on Amazon its cheaper on there than Ebay) it does work with vista but i would advise to update the software in line there is an update currrently ...
