So, the book to accompany the tour, how was it? Well it was good, the book starts off in a way that you can picture Boyd Hilton sat at the back of every room that Matt and David were in, taking notes to write up later, it brings them to life, again, from a different perspective, it lets you in on a few little things from the past, before they were both famous, for little britain anyway, it tells you bits about both of the shows creators love lifes, Matt and his gay scene, and David and X. It becomes more like a biography in some parts rather than a book about little britain the show we all know about, but then at the same time, it's all of interest. the book is, like many other books, split up into chapters, each chapter is a differing part of the tour, each venue has its own few pages, and the flashbacks in time, are clear and written in italics, for you too read, and know its not about the tour, or for you to skip over, whichever way you look at it this book is very well written, and very informative until you reach the 2/3 point, when the chapters suddenly get shorter and some dont even make a page, the book still seems to be in Boyd Hiltons note form, maybe like Matt and David the show was taking its toll on Boyd Hilton. The book also mentions about the swim that David undertook last year for sport releif, and in case you missed it he swam the channel. It tells you about how he has to cope with training and the tour, and how Matt sits around eating chocolate all day. The book gives you an insight to how the pair live their own lives separatley and how they live their lives together, they both come across very differently when they are not in the lime light, Matt has his rock, Kevin, and David has his mum, the pictures included are also rather good, showing how little both Matt and David have changed over the years. Can't wait for their autobiographies now... the information in this book is useful if you like to know about these people, a must for all little britain fans, but be warned its another one of those books you cant put down.
