AA stands for almost all Advantages: freephone when you first join Disadvantages: no customer care ...Car insurance time again! Its ok though I'm with the AA. Or so I thought. My wife purchased a new car: Toyota Townace, a Japenese import. As we were already insured with the AA I thought there would be no problems. Wrong!!
