Through my years at college and University I wish I had had this drive.

Brief intro:

Very Cheap, Very visible (both in colour and from the LED light - so you wont forget to take it with you) and has secure data encryption software built in to secure your files.

So what is it?

Does it work on both windows and Mac?

Yes it is both PC and Mac (OS 8.6+) compatible and no drivers are needed except for Windows 98 – there are available from integral web page (see instructions).

What else?

Integral 'Splash' rubber drives are available in Blue, Yellow, Green, Pink and Purple colours. Being both shock and water resistant makes them ideal for taking anywhere (bar the swimming pool or scuba diving.)

The drive emits a Cool Blue LED light when it is being read or written on which is hand to remind you not to leave it.

So why not others:

If you do not need one with higher than 4gb memory then this is the drive for you; I have had hard shell plastic ones for years and they fall apart and get greasy messy… This is the right size shape…

Note for People who have broken drive (e.g. if the drive was snapped downwards whilst still in machine - though this would take a quite some force to do) a company called Apex - www.apextechnology.co.uk can pull the data directly form the chip inside so don’t throw it away if there is important data on it.
