Essentially the only way to create a meaningful offering is to use bench mark comparison data with a more or less powerful device. This requires the reviewer to have at least two comparable systems to hand before any tests can be carried out. For mere mortals this prerequisite is why you see so few user reviews of CPU products and is also the reason why there is so little data on the long term value of the product.
