This processor is also compatable with 64 bit computing. It has an LGA775 Socket which is compatable with most motherboards (up to you to check these things) if you are looking to upgrade or build your own pc. If you are looking to buy a processor i would highly recommend this one or several similar ones, but you need to have IT experience and know what you are doing before paying out for one of these. It comes with a 3 year limited warrenty so it is really set to last.

This is a great processor for a great price!
Comes at 2.4GHz but can be easily overclocked to 3.0GHz, I'm currently using it overclocked to 3.0GHz.
You also get the benefit of it being dual core which is another boost to the performance.
I have fitted this processor onto my Asus p5k AiLifestyle motherboard where it work perfectly. It also runs Vista Ultimate 64-bit perfectly, so its not a problem with 64-bit software.
