Great product, very fast and is very good for gaming, even more so than a quad core chip at the same speed. To be honest, the best thing to do would be to get the E8400 and overclock it. By doing that you will save yourself some money and get the chip faster than this one! A lot of the newer motherboards will even do the overclocking for you, so no need to worry about this. Tip: save yourself some money. I managed to get this chip with little or no effort up to 4Ghz, but haven't taken it further as the temps start to get a bit scary. This is a very good processor that has great power and performance.If you buy this processor won't have anything to do with your pc for a couple of years if you'll use it for playing games and things like that.Of course it has lower performance than Core2 Quad but if you compare it with the Intel P4 Family Series it's like four times better.I strongly recommend you to buy this high quality and performance processor from Intel.In my opinion the Intel processors are far better than AMD processors.Some would consider that the price is a bit too high but this product deserves every single penny ... more
