and with all of my old hardwares as it is, i really crushed the game with highest settings. And the graphics improved drammatically with flawless gameplay. I just love this processor, the fact that I didn't go for the extreme version, is i wanted to try the ideal processor for all of us, it was in my own budget (not of my parents) and now I am going for the extreme version. The Intelcore i7 is the new processor range from Intel. The core i7 is the fastest processor yet to be unleashed into the marked. It comes in three different models at the moment however there are plans to release another 3 more. At the moment of when this review was written there are only three types; 920 (2.66 GHz), 240 (2.93GHz) and the 940 ExtremeProcessor (3.2GHz). each of the processors have 8MB of cache which means you will be able to run your PC faster as it will use large memory to process the information. the i7 is also a quad coreCPU which means it will multi-task extremely well.
When I used this Processor on my system, it ran extremely fast and only using about 8% of CPU usage when opening programs, surfing the web, watching a DVD. It rarely goes over 50% when playing games such as Counter Strike: Source and Left 4 ...
