I used this processor in the gaming system that I built for myself at home. It is kind of expensive but if you spend the money once I believe you should spend it wisely. Also try using multiple fans and a really good quality graphic card with a dedicated memory. I was amazed at how fast my computer was as compared to that of the 2.53ghz processor I was using in my XPS laptop. It just takes you in 2050 in the current era of 2009. One should definitely consider buying this product if they are a big gaming freak like me. I love to play Need for Speed. I have all three latest versions of need for speed on me. The best one that I liked while using this processor was the shift because it just changed my overall gaming experience.
