win98 &95 on loud ned less than 1/2 prosesing power as in win xp. throug start up
in my openyan PIII conseder mor valu of mony than P4 spechyaly for ordenary home user .
altho i yous P4 in my grafic wark station and use PIII in my home desk top & my labtop system which i use for sending @mails and prwsing some web sites
