Unintelligent would be the name for you if you didn’t at least consider looking at this site if you were looking for a loan, a mortgage, a credit card or somewhere to invest your savings and open an account.
I stumbled across this site when I was checking out interest rates for loans so I thought I would give it a go.
www.if.com is the site I got to where the layout is very simple and easy on the eye to look at. With it’s soothing colour tones and easy navigation aspects, I found this site very informative and helpful.
First you are taken to a plain simple page where you pick the service you require. You have a choice of Mortgage, Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Current Account and Savings. I went for the Personal Loan link.
From here you are taken, rather quickly, to a page with information on, examples for you to read through and a Quick Quote option. There are links back to other plans you may wish to see at the top of the page you are on, so there is no hassle moving back and forward between the pages, the links are always there. There is also a phone number to use, should you require assistance, listed at the top of the page too.
The Quick Quote feature is very handy and can be used throughout the site with every service they have. For the personal loan section, I simply put in the amount I wanted to borrow and over how many years, which can be up to 8 years, and then I clicked Calculate. The payments I would be required to pay each month then came up and believe me when I say I think they are good prices.
For personal loans there is a fixed rate of 10.0% APR or the choice of 0.0% APR if you go with a deal they have on your savings. All the information you need is there and each page, whether it is for a loan or mortgage, has the same layout. You can also miss 2 payments on the trot and these are classed as holidays so you do not get charged. IF also provide Accident cover and have no hidden charges. if you pay off your loan early, there are no early repayment fees to pay, you just pay the money you owe and interest is added at a daily rate.
Continuity is they key as you move through the site without a problem. Their site is also secured and plays a main part in this service. IF (Intelligent Finance) are members of the Credit Industry Fraud Avoidance System and they use the latest security software which uses 128-bit encryption. All the information they pass back and forth is encrypted and is passed through a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) so you can be sure that your information is safe.
There are some great deals on this site and I would consider using IF for a loan or other services it offers.
