Review of Little Tikes Electronic Home Kitchen by mumsymary

Advantages: good for pretend house play
Disadvantages: big and expensive

...one at home. This little tikes kitchen costs £99.99p .It is a bit expensive for home also it's a bit big for home too. Size 94cm L x 46cm D x 111cm H. A group of 4-6toddlers could play together with this easily. Adrian played with this at the play centre I took him to and he found it fun. Adrian is 2. 1/4 yrs old and is just beginning to enjoy imaginary play. I think this play kitchen would be suitable for a two year old up to about 6 or 7 yrs. ...

A Talking Kitchen
Review of Little Tikes Magicook Kitchen by RClure

Advantages: Makes realistic sounds
Disadvantages: American voice, can't buy add ons in the UK

...were quite attracted to this Little Tikes one which apparently reads the sensors in the stove and responds with over 100 phrases relating to food and cooking. As our son has some speech delay, we thought this would encourage him more to speak as we knew already he loved cooking as he always made a beeline towards the kitchen at the Tots group we attend. It was also recommended for 2+ whereas some others are for 3+. *** THE KITCHEN *** I don't plan ...
...them in this country and Little Tikes themselves are extremely unhelpful and all they say is that they can't force any retailers to stock them in this country. I can buy them through Amazon in America but they won't export them to me. I am having to wait now for friends to visit America in two months time and they said they will try and get them in a toy shop and bring them back for me. *** WHAT OUR SON THINKS *** To say he loves this kitchen would ... Discover sounds, discover play.
Review of Little Tikes Musical Teapot by Jami74

Advantages: Simple idea and design, continued playability.
Disadvantages: None.

...first line of ‘Twinkle twinkle little star’, press it a second time and you hear the second line. Not only do you get a tune but the coloured buttons light up in a random sequence. Each coloured button plays a different tune. The toy comes fitted with 3 AA batteries under a screw closed cover, ours are just beginning to go flat and need replacing after 7 months of use. A switch can turn it off or change the buttons to play a single note when pressed. ...
...already and I’m convinced that she’ll continue to play with it in different roles as her imagination develops further. Our toy was purchased in Toymaster for 9.99GBP Little Tikes is an American company and has a very interesting and user friendly website displaying all of their toys. www.littletikes.com ... Review of Leap Frog Baby Tad by Monicajurgens

Advantages: Great learning tool for baby and friend
Disadvantages: None that I can think of

We bouth Baby Tad for our son when he was 7months old for Christmas.Baby Tad has a botton on each hand, one plays tunes for the night and the other hand plays nursery rhyme tunes. The night tunes was a great help after bath time to keep his attention while getting him dressed for bed. It is very calm so I also placed it in his cot to help him go to sleep. The buttons on his chest was too hard for him to press until he was 10 months but when he finally ...
...on his little face. It is a great learning tool as it teaches them about shapes. They love to push any button at a certain age so this is great as it is buttons they actually may press and they get a reward as it plays a nursery rhyme. He also learned to clap his hands with the song 'if you happy and you know it, clap your hands'. ... Read review

~~*~~*~~ Bopit Extreme 2 ~~*~~*~~ Forget Thatcher. Dismiss Boudicca. You can even send home Pankhurst. Women's finest hour is now courtesy of a Smith. Yep, I was the first to complete Bopit - defeating all the men of the household and achieving the finest hour of my life. ...is to know about the Bopit under some handy headings. ~~*~~ What is it? ~~*~~ Bopit is an electronic hand held game for ages 8+ (although there's a brat on youtube who's 6 and apparently a genius) that shouts instructions for you to follow - Flick it, Bop it, Twist it, Pull it or Spin it which must be fulfilled within a certain time frame that gets shorter and shorter the more you survive. There's the option to play Vox-Bop which is where the electronic ... Read review
