If your order goes smoothly I guess you have nothing to worry about. When using a company like Interflora

The website is a clear and easily navigated portal offering you lots of choices and information. Can't really fault it.

If you run into any problem (like me) you will have to deal with the following -
1) An email system that ignores you.
2) A phone line which is either engaged or rings out (if you get through consider yourself VERY lucky) - 0870 904 5459; which operates Mon-Sat 9-6.
My advice is, if you have a problem at all, simply get in touch with their Head Office in the first instance:-

In my experience, once you get through to someone higher up the food chain within this company, given the chance they "do" listen and will help as best they can. You can get problems resolved with Interflora but only if you persevere.
All fair comments - my experience here has left me with the following observations:-
Website - easy and informative; with a wide selection.
Cost - A bit pricey in my opinion, compared to smoe other companies out there
After Sales Support - If you persevere; and I mean give up at least two days to focus soley on this, you may get a result.
Contact Details - Although clear on website, in practice they are not very practical as you tend not to get a response to emails, and the helpline is extremley busy.
If you choose to use Interflora, then bear this in mind.
