IronKey Basic - USB flash drive - 4 GB

...This USB flash device i would say its a nice design looks neat and smart. The difference between this and normal Usb pen drives is many dont come with the right cap designs at the top which causes problems when unfastening them and this one has a very strong hold to at the end of it. The good thing about that is when you drop you USB that no damage is done to it especially when there are important files in your USB. The USB comes with a 4 Gigabyte storage capacity,the problem with this device is it would not be ideal for the people who have confidential stuff on their USB'. The problem is simple no password protection and any one who has suffered a problem like this before knows how easy it is for one to lose files just like that. Overall 4 GB is enough for the average person to use the USB pen drive and the price you can pick it up... Read review

...). First time I used the 8 GB flash drive, it was all simple and easy. All I had to do was take off the cap of the flash drive which covered the flash drive's USB 2.0 connection. I inserted the flash drive into my laptop's USB 2.0 connection port. Within a second of inserting the flash drive, a pop up came up on my laptop screen telling me a new hardware had been find. It didn't stop there, after another five seconds it told me that the flash drive was ready to be used. This was possibly the quickest I've seen a new hard drive being installed. After the installation it asked me if I wanted to set up a password for my 8 GB flash drive. I actually did not know it had a password protection; this was therefore a big bonus. It did gave me a peace of mind as I now did not have to worry a lot if I lost the flash drive for the reason that no one... Read review
