Not good! Advantages: Very efficient when new, I was very impressed for the first few months. Disadvantages: Poor quality product, not durable, and dreadful customer service from Philips staff I have owned this steam generator for 18 months and have just put it out with the rubbish this week. Brilliant when new - better than any other iron I have owned. However, I would expect it to last for longer than 18 months, particularly as it wasn' ... Expensive iron, not very clever! Advantages: Steam Disadvantages: Size, performance and features My experience of this type of steam machine is mostly negative. This iron has several disadvantages: firstly it is big and bulky, think about where you will store it and if you have to move it to do your ironing.
