Iron Easily With Philips
Review of Philips GC 4340 Azure Precise by Surj1

Advantages: Vertical Steam, Special Tip & Good Design
Disadvantages: Price

The Philips GC 4340 is a precise steam iron which has a special tip so ironing is made easier for those hard to reach places on some garments. I have used the iron a few times and can say that its quite easy to use compared to the iron we had before this one. I'm comparing it on the basis that the iron we had before had a load of different setting for ironing which I found very confusing. The GC 4340 is a solid iron, black and grey in colour. Not ...
...garments. Other features of the Philips iron include: - 350 ml capacity water tank - Vertical steam refreshes hanging garments - Auto shut off if left unused for a certain time - Variable steam settings - Pointed steam tip with elongated steam slots - Anti-drip valve - 3m cord - Cushioned hand grip - Dimensions are 15.8(h)x12.5(w)x30.5(d) cm Overall I have found the Philips GC 4340 steam iron to be very easy to use and operate. The cord is ... Read review

One spurt = one big smile
Review of Home-Tek HT 611 Garment Steamer Travel by Lunar_see

Advantages: Easy to use, excellent crease removal, lightweight
Disadvantages: None

...travel iron. Then the Home-Tek Travel Streamer Iron was thrust into my hands by a work colleague whom after hearing my moans assured me that if I took care of her precious item I could use it and return it. The Home-Tek Iron is to be blunt shaped like an old fashioned Joystick and looks nothing like an Iron or in fact a travel iron, which I must say look naff and cheap in any capacity. This iron is really lightweight and fits into my travel case ...
...decided to purchase my own. Home-Tek are not a brand I had heard of, so with my basic computer knowledge I managed to find out a little bit about the company using Google and found that they are championed by Ainsley Harriot and make an array of household good from kettles, carpet sweepers, sterilizers and irons to juicing machines, ovens and slow cookers and sell their items in 70 countries worldwide, so they are definitely a brand on the move and ... Philips steam iron
Review of Philips GC4444 by bocelliforever

Advantages: Ionic steam
Disadvantages: Storage of flex

This is the best iron I have ever used. With Ionic Deepsteam, spray function and vertical steam boost it really does remove all the creases. Its design is very "funky" and I particularly like the sharp point which makes it very easy to to get into the corners. Runs very smoothly and not too heavy. Another extremely useful feature is the separate storage plate so that it can be put away while still hot - no waiting for it to cool first. My only criticism ... Read review

Bosch TDA8353GB
Review of Bosch TDA8353GB by purplepoppy

Advantages: Good quality build, smooth ironing action, auto shutt-off feature
Disadvantages: Bit pricey

...this iron as I believe Bosch are a good quality make. The sensixx comfort secure looks and feels of good build as you would hope to expect. At 2400 watts, it heats up quickly. I was also looking for auto-shut off feature as safety is very important to me. It shuts off at 8 minutes stood upright or 30 seconds if left facing down on the ironing board. It has a pointed tip for precision ironing, approx. 300ml large water tank. The 3 metre long cord ... Read review
