I enjoy a good glass of red wine and a current favourite now is Isla Negra Merlot from Chile. I purchase this from the supermarket chain Tesco’s though I believe this product is fairly widely available. Costs will vary depending upon where it is sourced. I pay around £5 for this wine though occasionally it is priced slightly higher and I have no idea why this is. This wine is delicious served with meat dishes however, I also like to enjoy a glass on its own. The colour is deep ruby red and it looks quite stunning and dramatic.
