Advantages: Teaches children the days of the week. Excellent illustrations. Disadvantages: No real plot.
...The task was to discuss and introduce Nursery children to the days of the week so I had no problems about choosing a book to introduce the topic to the children in a fun way.
'Today is Monday' by Eric Carle is a must for teaching children the days of the week..............

Advantages: Funny in parts, an easy read, entertaining in some ways. Disadvantages: Appears rushed, a bit of a let down, stick to the day job.
... Background
This book was one of my husband's birthday requests back in October which got missed. Everybody thought someone else had bought this and consequently nobody did. Advantages: Excellent Story kept me Enthralled for a week or so! Disadvantages: Story line explained to early in the Book...
...I Like This Guy... Jack Reacher ... The Lone crusader so to speak...
He has no job, no car, no house, no middle name... The man barely exists... but...

We all thought that Reacher had finally took the law into his own hands and shot a cop and then we suddenly find out why, I believe expanding further on Reacher's Wild side would have been good, but none the less, this book is still great as the quickly changing plot always keeps you on your toes.
Unfortunately, toward the end the plot...
