I used to own a O2 blue bluetooth headset, untill the ear piece broke. Unfortunatly my local O2 shop were very un-helpful with regards fixing or replacing it, even though it was only 3 months old.
Instead they tried their hardest to sell me another headset.
It was then as an affordable one was the Jabra BT 125.
I was rather impressed with this as it is light weight, and has all the functions needed. Last number redial, voloume and reversable ear piece for either ear, bbbut the most important feature was it was a comfortable fit. Instead of a protuding ear piece that fits into your ear, the Jabra sits up against your ear, giving better comfort, and being a driver who has the blue tooth in all day, it was a pleasure to wear.

Thank you O2 shop Jabra is a better product than the O2 and you did me a favour.
