Advantages: Great sound, Great looks Disadvantages: No remote control
The JBL On Time is a stylish, high performance iPod dock, RDS radio and alarm clock, available in black or white finish. It's one of the more expensive iPod docks on the market, but as with most things, you get what you pay for and the sound quality is FAR superior to cheaper alternatives (I also own an older Intempo iPod dock which was much cheaper but the sound quality is awful).
JBL are specialists in audio and it shows, the "Halo acoustics" system produces a rich, full sound from any direction and is more than enough for a bedroom or small to mid-sized living room. Advantages: Excellent sound for an excellent price! Solid build, 100 watts RMS Disadvantages: None for the price!
I have owned 2 pairs of JBL Control 1 speakers and they have never let me down! The first pair I owned I gave to my dad as he liked the sound so much!
These are bookshelf speakers and measure (H x W x D) 227 x 130 x 140 mm. They can be mounted on a stand, on a shelf or you can also order the wall brackets from jbl.

The speaker is 2 way, comprising of a 4" bass woofer and a 1/2" titanium laminate dome tweeter. These speakers also feature a front mounted bass port. When you play the speakers loud its is astonishing the amount of air that is forced out of the bass ports!
The speakers case is extremely tough, I have dropped one of my speakers (accidently, not some extreme test!) from ...
Advantages: Movies, LiveView, 12.3 mpixels, build quality, excellent lens range Disadvantages: Still quite bulky for casual use. Expensive if that's all you want it for
There?s been a legion of digital cameras that have passed through my hands since they started to become a serious contender for 35mm?s domination of the amateur market. What I really meant was ?the last for quite a while?.
LOOKS LIKE THE ?QUITE A WHILE? HAS EXPIRED
Then my daughter started making noises about a night-school class in photography, where the minimum kit requirement just so happened to be a DSLR, and I got to thinking about letting her have the D70 for a ?song?, whilst good ol? Dad treats himself to the later and much higher-specified D90.
Since I bought the D70 four or five years back, things have moved on apace ...
