Wow I absolutely love this shop, I buy the majority of my clothes from there. What would I ever do without it!
What Does It Sell?
For those of you that don't know, JD is a sports shop that sells designer clothes and trainers. They sell some sports brands, but only the well known and expensive ones. If you are looking for real professional sportswear, I would recommend JJB. JD sells a wide range of products that suit all - Mens, Womens and Juniors. They sell many different types of clothes, but the majority are tracksuits, hoodies and coats. Although JD sell many clothes, they are best known for their trainers. They sell many very popular brands including Nike, KSwiss, Lacoste and many more. JD is more of a fashion shop than a proper sportswear shop though, and fashion doesnt come cheap. Your average pair of trainers will cost you bang on £54.99. This is a ridiculous price for a pair of trainers, but even I know it, and I still buy. I just cant resist! Believe me, I'm not the only one! Im not quite sure what makes us all want to buy the £55 trainers over the identical pair you can get without the logo for £5. I guess its just to do with fashion. Well thats enough about the trainers, lets move onto the actual clothes. JD sell tracksuits, jackets, coats, gloves, scarves, hats.. pretty much all items of clothing! As you have probably guessed, the clothing isnt cheap either. I suppose its slightly more affordable than the trainers, but one hooody will cost you about £35 - £45. Proper coats start at about £55 and range upto about £80.
What Is The Store Like?
I have two local JD stores and they are both pretty much in the same layout. Most walls have displays of trainers and the other walls have tracksuits and shirts reaching up very high. Sometimes you have to ask the people that work there to get something down for you, and they happily help you. I think the people who work there have a good knowledge of what they are selling and are enthusiastic about it. They always have every item in stock, and normally most sizes. One thing I have noticed in the ladies section is that they seems to have hardly any or none of the sizes 8 and 10, sometimes 12 also which is annoying. They always have plenty of 14 and upwards though. Its normally best to get 1 size up from your normal size because some of their clothes are quite small. I would recommend trying on before buying!

Well I absolutely love this shop as you have probably guessed! I would highly recommend it, but only if you are willing to pay top end prices. Its definitely worth the money in my opinion, but il leave the rest upto you!Thank You For Reading!

Super review, i find that the fashion sportswear are definetely latest stuff in JD sports. The one nag i have when i went to this shop yesterday was that on the shoe shelves, there is a pair of trainers that look unique design from a top manufacturer. Ok my point is that you will see the same product located usually at the top the middle and ,,. They have caught on to Michael Barrymore's old TV show well.
