I work for Jd Wetherspoon almost 2 years , I m supervisor and they dont pay me more than other staff , they just promis to put my wages up...ifor me its not matter of money ...ts good cos I m studing at uni and I can have a set rota , thats only one reason why I m still with them , I changed already pub but its the same , first few weeks were ok , (they took me to improve and help to new pub manager)now i hate that place , in addiction thaey train me as shift leader ( while they didnt have mangement ) we got new managers and they forgot about everything , about me , promoting me . I know every details how to open and close pub on my own but now they keep saying that I dont have Cash Managment to be responsible for money , i know that this is true but I used to do taht before , they let me on a daily basic,, funny.....I m looking for transfer...
