The intensity of the steam means that struggling to iron out creases in clothes and bed linen is a thing of the past and its powerful action allows you to iron 4 layers at once, which is not only ... ...about 3/4. Clothes are pressed to such a high standard that they continue to look newer for longer and you need never struggle with tram line creases in trousers or sleeves again because the steam action allows you to iron in perfect creases every time.
The vertical steam function is perfect for ironing suit jackets and trousers, woolen garments, delicates and curtains without the need to press them. Just hold the iron up to the item, ... more
I don't know about you, but I hate ironing...in fact I absolutely, positively detest it! It's such a common occurance to stare in dread at the ever growing mound of clothes, bed linen and other crumpled garments that patiently await the ironing board shouting "Iron me! Iron me!". What do I do? Well...I put it off until i've nothing else to wear. So on the whole, it is only out of desperation that my iron ever sees the light of day.

Clothes are pressed to such a high standard that they continue to look newer for longer and you need never struggle with tram line creases in trousers or sleeves again because the steam action allows you to iron in perfect creases every time.
The vertical steam function is perfect for ironing suit jackets and trousers, woolen garments, delicates and curtains without the need to press them. Just hold the iron up to the item, press the steam burst function and the creases fall out. Perfect!
The iron itself has a stainless steel soleplate and is connected to the steam boiler by a steam pipe. It has the usual temperature control dial found in most irons and continuous steam and steam burst buttons.
The steam boiler which holds up to 1 litre of water houses the main on/off controls, steam adjustment dial, filler cap and safety valve. The safety feature clicks in when the water reaches the correct pressure making the appliance really safe to use.
I'm absolutely delighted with this product and its performance. No more scorch mark, no more back breaking ironing and the result? Beautifully ironed clothes and linen in a fraction of the time...every time. Ironing is no longer a chore. And at £69 it is money very well spent.

...generator iron, I chose the JMB model because it was a lot cheaper than the better known brands, and having bought products from them before and been pleased with them, I took the plunge.
