i recently bought a J.M.B C2005 is a cylinder vacuum cleaner. i hate to say it but i actually wanted a dyson :( i like the clear bit in the middle! it but then this one caught my eye as it looks like a dyson but its cheaper! great! it even had the clear bit in the middle! it looks good as well as not having to replace bags of course.!
so i bought it and woke up extra early on saturday morning to do my cleaning. it had all the funky atatchments - upholstery brush , upholstery tool, crevice tool - the hose was very flexible unlike my old one which used to bend and then make funny noises like it was suffocating!
it has a carry handle which is very good! my older one was a bit bulky and i used to have trouble carrying it up the stairs.
on the whole i love this vacuum cleaner. it does the job ofcourse. it was cheap. and ofcourse it looks good too!!
I am waiting to hear from J.M.B, I have refused their offer of them sending me another one and them getting the one that they sent me fixed.

I've heard that Dyson's aren't as good as they're made out to be anyway, mym mum had one and it broke after a year. !! x x

Thanks for the op. Would have liked to have seen why it broke (still 5 star?), ease of use, what limitations does it have (you say None!), how easy to empty, what you paid for it. JMB customer service comment might also be useful too.

erm you dont say why it broke? I know my brother in law had one of these and it eventually blew up - they only had it a few months - JMB did refund them though. Emm
