...bought our halogen oven begining second of february first time used bowl cracked still trying to get new bowl they keep telling us a they will be in a on a month time 4 months on still waiting at one time they put the phone down on us terrible customer service and it seems once they have your money they do not care and will never buy from jml again as there products are available on other sites have informed everyone i know to not buy from this site any one wishing to get this product go onto e bay as there are companys who will sell you this product and it is delivered promptly i do wish i had checked out th reviews before i bought not after...

Advantages: Large glass bowl Disadvantages: Pick one!
...Firstly I was very pleased with the oven, but very disapointed with the instruction manual, especially the cooking times. It really told me nothing! I think JML need to look into this and perhaps provide a cooking times chart, that actually gives you better instructions than;
Parsnips 2cm Strips and diameter @ 200oc for 36 Minutes
and Whole small onion @ 200oc 60 Minutes.
These instructions tell me nothing.
What makes more sence would be to include instructions for all veg and to include information about cooking in foil with a small amount of water (Seen in online advert only.)
Also my electric meter whilst cooking, seems to be cooking itself (Spun round like a washing machine, on its final spin!)
To cook a 1.55kg Chicken cost me 70p.
Not so economical, one of the main reasons for buying it, Oh well.

Advantages: MARKETED AS ENERGY SAVING PRODUCT Disadvantages: CUSTOMER SEVICES ONLY SEEM TO TAKE MESSAGES BUT HAVE NO POWERS.
...ON 19TH FEB. I PURCHASED A JML HALOGEN OVEN FROM THE SKY TV CHANNEL AND IT WAS DELIVERED IN REASONABLE TIME. I USED IT ON THE SECOND DAY AFTER DELIVERY, BUT HALF-WAY THROUGH COOKING THE FIRST FOOD I PUT INTO IT, THE OVEN BROKE DOWN, AND WOULD NOT WORK AGAIN. AS THIS WAS SATURDAY AND CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE CLOSED FOR THE WEEKEND I CONTACTED THEM MONDAY MORNING.
IT WAS COLLECTED THE NEXT DAY AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE EXCHANGED FOR A BRAND NEW OVEN.
25 DAYS HAVE NOW GONE BY ,NO CONTACT FROM JML, SO I RANG CUST/SERV. WHO TOLD ME THAT THE OVENS WERE OUT OF STOCK BUT BECAUSE THERE MUST BE A HOLD UP WITH MY PAPERWORK.THEY WOULD ORDER A NEW OVEN FOR ME, WHICH WOULD TAKE A FURTHER 2 WEEKS PLUS 3 TO 5 DAYS TO DELIVER, THIS BRINGS IT UP TO AROUND 5...
