Firstly, I would not buy from this company ever again had such a nightmare I can tell you.
1. Ordered the oven. Asked and paid for next day delivery. which was to be delivered on the Wednesday.
2. Did not receive oven until 8.30pm on the Friday evening. Which if we were pensioners I would advise not to open the door after 6pm so this was not good at all. Did give me a refund though on delivery charges and a hamper of 4 goods.
3. The hamper did not arrive until a week later - no packing inside the box, goods were just rolling around in it. Also there was no proper label on or postal code.
4. After receiving the oven on the Friday. The Saturday night we put a full chicken in and vegetables and it did not work - we were still cooking this chicken 5 hours later and we were starving. Had to have a frozen pizza instead.
5. Then sent this back.
Had problems with incompetent Customer Service Advisors who spoke to me and my husband like we were not customers but that we were causing problems.
Firstly we had to keep ringing up to ask when our oven was being delivered I rang about twice a day and they would not give me the DHL details which I asked for on several occasions so I could track the parcel myself. I had to speak to a supervisor and get angry to get this information which is totally wrong I believe. If I wanted this information I should have been given this.
Upon speaking to DHL when I finally got the details they explained that the driver's car had broken down on that evening, OK but surely DHL should have then said to the driver to allocate someone else to deliver this on the Thursday but nothing, and we did not receive any contact from anyone I had to do all the ringing and this is wrong especially when you are dialilng 0870 numbers all the time.
When I spoke to various customer advisors they would not listen to what I was saying and kept saying that the goods would be with me and this was not happening.
Previous Supervisors have said to us things like well you did receive the money back on your delivery and also you did receive a hamper and surely this should not be kept shoved back in our face.
I have rung today to ask to re-order our goods and the customer service advisor said that I could not do this because they had no paperwork to say that the goods had been sent back to them. She was very bolshi in her manner and I was trying to explain that we had sent back the goods over a week ago and that we wanted a new one as the other one was faulty.
She was not listening and just kept saying there was nothing she could do and that I could not re-order my goods at the moment. So therefore again I got really angry and this upset me and has caused me a large amount of distress. I asked for the Supervisor again and again I explained everything and said actually my husband and myself have decided that we would l ike our money back as we have had several problems with this company and do not trust them any more.
Where is the "Customer is always right" how I was taught. I deal with customers and have been in the Customer Industry for 20 years and have not treated anyone like I was treated with this company.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Sorry but you will need to improve .................

HI, sorry for the somewhat helping, but your opinion does need a lot more detail....how were staff rude, was it a call centre, what exactly was wrong with the oven etc etc. Happy to re-rate if you add to the review.
