User doesn't recommend the product

Advantages Quick to use, doesn't damage hair as it is not hot.
Disadvantages Takes a while to get the hang of. Doesn't straighten hair that is really wild and frizzy.

The advert consisted of about ten woman apparently using the styler for the first time with miraculous results.
