We bought this lovely silver 32 inch TV set from Comet in Nov 2003.
It was after a long period of time trying to get a TV set to match what we really wanted.
I have always bought Sony TV and Video's since about 1978 ish (shows my age) however recently I have found their products not to be as good as they once were...and certainly not as reliable.
Therefore..
We went for this JVC AV 32 R 370.
Boy am I glad we did.

It's even got a picture tilt control,which tells you that sometimes the Earth's magnetic field may make the picture tilt
This JVC set will correct it..
You want a picture to suit.
This set will give it to you
The sound is even better,mainly because it has a 25 watt sub woofer on the back of the set which gives it real depth and presence.
The usual standard rear speakers don't do it justice really

On many occasions the room has been vibrating with sound from this fabolous set,just like being in the Cinema really,
Another benefit we found with this set is it has 3 scart sockets, one RGB.
We did not realise how much of a plus this was going to be until we started to install all our other Digibox / DVD player / VCR/Home Cinema /Sky systems.
It's amazing have quick you run out of scart sockets.
So if you are looking for a TV this Xmas

We paid £799:99 for this set alone last year,but I have seen it advertised for £699:99 with a DVD player thrown in.
It also looks superb in our living room and does not even look imposing for such a big TV after a while you don't even notice it really.
Picture quality is remarkable using Sky digital via a SCART lead set to RGB. Dolby Surround processor with external outputs. Small cabinet edge stops it being too imposing in a room.
No mix facility when using Teletext. Surround speakers not supplied (although sound is vey good without them). (*)
