The camcorder is reasonably good looking, nothing ... ...go 'yuck' either. It is fairly lightweight and quite ergonomic, making it easy to hold and use. The only thing I disliked about it was, as seems to be more frequent with camcorders, the god damn YouTube sticker on the side (wow, YouTube appears in my spell checker) I look at this camera and think; 'I want to record my holiday, I do not want to be a frigging (refrains from swearing) walking YouTube advert'.

Look and design
The camcorder is reasonably good looking, nothing strikes you as wow about it, but nothing makes you go 'yuck' either. It is fairly lightweight and quite ergonomic, making it easy to hold and use. Function
The camcorder is child's play to use, nothing overly complication in terms of menus etc. It shoots reasonably good quality videos, though ones that are perhaps more aimed at the photographer who aims to post his videos on YouTube, which I am certainly not. When I want to endure the humiliation of having my life exposed to millions of viewers, I'll go on a reality TV show or something. It has a reasonable amount of memory, or at least I haven't managed to fill it yet, but I haven't been using it that much (just testing it before I leave). It is very easy to upload videos from this to your computer and, I assume, also very easy to put them on YouTube.
Overall
An average camera at a very low price which shoots reasonable video. The only problem being that it is perhaps too aimed at those who would put their videos on youtube.
Advantages: Good Video Recording Quality, Stylish design and Menu Disadvantages: Still image quality is poor, Menu hard to navigate for some people
The JVC GZ-MS100 Camera is a very good Camera in the Video department, but lacking when it comes to taking still images. At first glance the Camera looks stylish and slick, with the wrist strap attached holding the camera is easy and feels great. The slim design means you can easilly hold the camera whilst recording or carrying. The Recording button is found at the back of the camera, along with the main battery and the DC Power socket which can ... ...camera features the still image button, which can be used when the Still image mode is on, and the Zoom slider which is easy to use but could have been a little bigger. The main controls are hidden behind the screen. When you open up the screen on the side there is a series of buttons on the camera itself, a slide which switches between video and still image mode, Info button which shows how much memory is left on the SD card, as well as battery ...

This camcorder is very easy to use. you do not need any tapes or digital video discs, because it has a built in hard disk.you can transfer the files into the computer through universal bus cable. Together with this product is a software that lets you convert files mpeg1, mpge2, mpeg4.And also you can edit your videos like a professional. It is very lightweight and the quality of the videos are wonderful.Take it wherever you are.if you ran out of memory on your hard disk, you can insert a memory stick. you can store videos and pictures in the memory stick ...

As my experience,this fantastic digital camera delivers excellent performance in a compact package. Regarding the picture quality, the camera does a decent job. It provides me with photos saturated with color and detail in light of the high-quality CMOS sensor. The ability of shooting videos is one of the better reasons to get this unit. Beside, there is support for sound recording.
