So I plug in my headphones which happen to be JVC HA-D424 into the headphone socket on the television. I place the headphones around my ears and turn on the game. BOOM, I'm instantly taken to another dimension. The lasers are no longer on the television, there in the room. The headphones themselves are black and have padded ear pieces to help block out unwanted atmospheric sounds and fit snuggly round my rather large ears. They have an adjustable piece head piece that snaps into position so that you don't keep having to readjust them every 5 minutes like some headphones. They also have a very long jack lead, 3 metres in total that will reach right across our living room so I can use them in comfort in any seat. The jack plug is a small one, the size that fits into a personal stereo or Gameboy not a large bulky looking one. They are are also very light, weighing in at only 178g.
As for the sound quality these are really good and loud and when you put them on they take you into another dimension.
***Conclusion***
I cannot really find much fault in these headphones. The only one being the long jack lead that often get tangled up, which can be quite frustrating to untangle. Especially when I want to play my favourite game, NOW. these headphones have served me well for the past five years and would be gutted if anything should happen to them. Unfortunately I can't remember how much they cost because I bought them so long ago. But I do know that they didn't break the bank.
