Advantages: Holds 12cds,doesent jump,easy to fit
Disadvantages: Changer a bit big

...I resantly fitted a JVC 480R in my car as my old Blaupunkt,had seen better days thanks to the many speed humps.I had 5years of service from it,so i cant complian and it hardly ever jumped.So the JVC as a lot to live up to. After removeing the old Blaupunkt there was a few less wires needed for the JVC.Eventhough JVC say the 480R is the smallest 12disk changer on the market,it is a lot biger than my old 10disk unit.I had my old unit hid under the passanger seat.There is no way the JVC will fit so in the cold boot it goes. Still sounds good and doesnt jump even over all the speed hump mountings around where i live.Very good value for money less than half the price of my old one.... Read review

...The JVC XV-S302 is a pretty standard DVD player. It has all the basics with no thrills Without the thrills, makes this DVD simplistic and straight forward! simplistic interface, clearly identifiable operation buttons, its idiot proof! i had no trouble setting it up, i didnt need to consult the manual at all! It's a godsend to the technically challenged like myself! JVC are a name you can trust, don't buy any old name. JVC products have a good reputation and this player represents that statement. High quality at an affordable price Looks well enough that you dont have to try hide it behind cabinet doors either, its well placed to suit the 'good' rooms and the 'childrens' room. If all you want to do is to watch DVDs… BUY THIS DVD PLAYER the JVC XV-S302!!! And never think twice after!! Expect to pay no more than €100 AND BONUS... Read review

...I own and drive mini diggers for a living, and i go on some really bad dirt roads with big pot holes. I drive a land rover discovery and that vehicle really gets shaken up badly with the roads i drive on. I bought the JVC CH X550 and put in a load of my favourite dance and trance cds and set off for my next job. I came across a road that had loads of pot holes bumps dips and everything you could think of and the Jvc just carried on playing my cds with no problem at all. The cd changer is shock proof and has a 3 laser pick up that means 3 lasers are scanning the cd all the time the disk is playing. The cd changer is attached to some pine and i have also attached two 6+9 speakers as well to the pine. The pine is fixed to the wheel arches at the back and that is where it gets most of the shocks from. The cd changer gets hammered... Read review
