Utilitarian case by JVC

Advantages: light, spacious, handy, good material
Disadvantages: no velcro compartments

JVC CB A79 Case Camcorder also known as "reporter bag" INTRO With a weight below 180 grams this medium-sized case can be considered, without a doubt, a lightweight case. I have been looking for a case where to put my werdly-sized camera (Canon S5 IS) for a long time after the fiasco of the original canon bag in which my camera does not fit properly; so I was in a shop (Curry's) the other day and I spotted this case on a shelf with a 97p tag on it. I asked the assistant if it was indeed 97p and so it was... I imediately bought it. I later found out that the price of this bag usually varies between £10-£15, currently on amazon is around £13 so I can consider myself quite lucky and happy of the amazing deal. OVERVIEW So let's see some details, first of all the size: approximately 17 x 11 x 10cm. The material ...

A JVC today, lets you record, edit and play!

Advantages: Everything in one package
Disadvantages: The manual is useless.

and replace them all with DVD versions. So this all led to the idea of getting a DVD recorder/VHS combi. Next decision was which one. I'm not very technologically minded and found that many of the words baffled me. Also I had no idea what certain abbreviations meant. I spent a whole day trawling through internet sites, finding out what I could about various products, what they offered etc, and what all the jargon meant. I looked around for reviews but found only one on this product. It had been written by PC World, and gave it top marks. But I did come across several reviews on similar JVC products saying how many problems they had. However we were impressed with it's specs so decided to take the chance. What does it do? ****************** As I said I do not understand all the jargon. All sites selling the product will give you full ...

JVC XVN55SL

Advantages: Excellent picture quality, zoom and other functions, good sound output
Disadvantages: Non. If it recorded it would be the best ever..

With the surge in popularity of DVD recorders, it is very hard to notice the humble DVD player nowadays and it comes quite low on the list of 'must-haves'. However, if you are in the market for a good DVD player that is packed with features, the JVC XV-N55SL would be worthy of consideration. We have had ours a couple of years now, but last year it got relegated to the dining room when we purchased our DVD recorder. It is hooked up to a portable TV we have in there but it does not really do justice to the JVC in all fairness. But that's the way things go. If we had room in our lounge under our TV on top of the DVD recorder it would still be there, because it is by far the better player of DVDs. When we got the JVC home as a Christmas present to both of us (from both of us) a couple of Christmases ago, we were amazed how light ...
