Multi-Media Journalism at Bournemouth University

I am a current, first-year student at Bournemouth University, on the BA (Hons) Multi-Media Journalism course. I felt that it was about time I told you about the university and the course, as I always have "Journalism student" in my about me section, and often mention the fact that I am studying it here. So without further ado, I shall explain the course. Location of the programme The Multi-Media Journalism course takes place on Bournemouth University's Talbot Campus. Utilitarian case by JVC

Advantages: light, spacious, handy, good material
Disadvantages: no velcro compartments

JVC CB A79 Case Camcorder also known as "reporter bag" INTRO With a weight below 180 grams this medium-sized case can be considered, without a doubt, a lightweight case. I have been looking for a case where to put my werdly-sized camera (Canon S5 IS) for a long time after the fiasco of the original canon bag in which my camera does not fit properly; so I was in a shop (Curry's) the other day and I spotted this case on a shelf with a 97p tag on it. A JVC today, lets you record, edit and play!

Advantages: Everything in one package
Disadvantages: The manual is useless.

I'm not very technologically minded and found that many of the words baffled me. Also I had no idea what certain abbreviations meant. I spent a whole day trawling through internet sites, finding out what I could about various products, what they offered etc, and what all the jargon meant.
