pale gold colour with a lovely fruity nose full of lime and pineapple but with that mineral hint that you would expect from a Chablis. It is very fresh on the palate with up front fruit but it has added depth to the structure and a long, smooth finish.A great example of a Chablis from one of the most respected producers in the area.
