Ho hum what can I say about Kirby cleaners.......well they are a fantastic ‘hoover’ to coin a phrase. They clean your carpets, curtains, beds, windows, work surfaces, cars, patios, strip wall paper yes I kid you not! They do just about everything around the house except for making a cup of tea, the dinner and have a ciggy! They are a bizarre looking ‘hoover’ looking like an antique but coming with the most amazing array of attachments imaginable. If you can think of a household chore, then the Kirby can do it! I have never ‘owned’ one of these amazing things, but I have spoken to people who have, and I have also seen this machine in action. I was ‘referred’ by a friend, that is how Kirby drum up their trade, you have to refer 5 people who you think would benefit from one of these ...

Super Kirby Ball

Advantages: Great way to control Kirby | Lots of stuff to do
Disadvantages: Not massivly long

How can you make a pink blob look all serious and commanding? You can't though Nintendo try. In Japan Kirby is all happy and smiling but when he comes to America and Europe he's got an angry face with adorns the boxes. Kirby may not be Nintendo's most popular character but he's been in plenty of nice enough games such as Kirby and the Amazing Mirror and some not-so nice games like Kirby Air Ride. Luckily his debut on the DS lands the lovable pink guy on the right side of quality. In Kirby Power Paintbrush (or Canvas Curse/Touch! Kirby depending where you live) our little pink friend is in a spot of bother. Transformed into a ball by an evil witch who wants to turn the world into some giant painting (cant see the point in that really) he finds himself helpless to save the world. Review of Kirby: Canvas Curse (Nintendo DS)

To kirby or not to kirby

Advantages: can do loads of different jobs
Disadvantages: Bloody expensive, you wont use it other than to clean the carpets

I'll admit that I am an owner of a Kirby and that I only bought one because my husband sold them for 2 weeks! On the whole, it is a very good hoover (sorry, KIRBY), but when I think what else I could spend my £55 a month on I could cry. When the demonstration is done it's very effective, especially when they use the machine to clean your mattress. You end up thinking that you'll never sleep in your bed again until you've got the Kirby on it. In reality, despite having had my Kirby for over 6 months, I've never used it on the mattress. It's quite a bulky machine, and when the bag is full it's also very heavy. Try carrying it upstairs when you're 8 months pregnant like I was and you could do yourself an injustice.
