Jaguar XJ6

Advantages: Fast and sexy machine
Disadvantages: Stops automatically at every petrol station

The truth will always come out, or so my mother always told me. The truth has finally come out. I LOVE MY XJ6. A 3.4 Auto in Metallic Green, with a fawn leather interior,on an old W plate. She will happily go from 0-60 in about 6 seconds, or so Im told, I've never been brave enough to try it myself. ...years ago for the princely sum of £500.00, with six months MOT and two months Tax. Since then she has had a reconditioned engine fitted, £600.00. A lovely new interior, £400.00. Auxilliary carbs, £250.00 ouch, a full set of tyres at £46.00 each,and a brand new exhaust £450.00. The next project, is to put a Lpg conversion on to her at a total cost of £1200. Why? Advantages: very spacious,plenty of boot space,extremely powerful and great to look at.
Disadvantages: the main disadvantage would be the fuel consumption and insurance costs.

Jaguar XJ6 The jaguar xj6 is undoubtedly my most favourite of all cars. The sleek exterior makes them a real eye catcher and even with so many other cars on the road today, people do still have a good look at the xj6. They are fantastic for long distance driving as they have the engine sizes (2.9, 3.6 and 4.0) to cope effortlessly. And with the amount of leg room, comfortability is achieved too. ...consumption or insurance, then a jaguar xj6 is a worthwhile investment. If you look after it, then it won't let you down. You can actually buy them privately for quite reasonable prices too nowadays. And mileage isn't really an overall issue either, as I said mine's done over 213 thousand (in about 12 years) and still going strong.
